A spiritual principle that is known widely and verified quite easily is: “What you focus on expands.”
We can also see evidence of this principle all around us in our daily lives. Ever started seeing a new car way more frequently after considering to purchase one?
This website is all about cultivating a wise focus. So, as a core practice or exercise for what is communicated here, I suggest that you focus on the following list of words 4 to 7 times each day, with these focus sessions spread throughout your day. Do this as an experiment in your own life for as little as 30 days, and I am convinced you will be pleasantly surprised by the results you see.
As you lightly focus on these words, the essence of what these words point to will move closer to you.
If you are aware enough, you will feel your vibration rising… You will feel the effect of your positive focus, and effortlessly you will find your mood improving. And as you make this focus a regular practice, you will see your life circumstances dramatically shifting.
The 111 words
Make it your own
I came up with this list. It is for myself, primarily. But as I started seeing the powerful effect of this focus, I decided to share it with the world.
Feel free to grab this list and build on it. As you focus on these concepts, the Law of Attraction will show you further, similar words, concepts or phrases — probably even better and more suited to you personally.
Build a list of words that you love and that makes you feel great. Take it out regularly and focus on it.
Why 111 words?
Ever since I have realised the gift that we all possess as powerful creators, I have been seeing evidence of the alignment of my understanding and focus with that of my Source Energy, in the form of repeated 1s (or other numbers).
I frequently see the exact time 11:11 on my iPhone. I see car registration numbers with 111, 1111 or even 11111 in the number. Or I look at market price data exactly when the price is trading at 47111 or 41111.
I enjoy seeing these confirmations, and therefore I like 11 and other 1 number sequences.
So 111 words is a personal preference. Much better than 100 words for instance 😉
Also, I can get really carried away with documents like these and one way for me to keep it short and sharp is to limit the number of words allowed. I want to be able to take out this list and powerfully influence my personal emotional vibration in a very short time. So therefore I keep it short.
This has also forced me to really focus on which words I want and which I don’t.
Most people read at a multiple of 111 words per minute, so most people should be able to focus on this list with a time commitment of less than 2 minutes (easily…), 4 to 7 times a day. That is a total time commitment of 8 to 14 minutes per day. Not too much for something that can positively influence every aspect of your life, right?
